Create Consent

Consent is the foundation of our platform. It represents the authorization from your customer to access their accounting data. A consent is always tied to a single customer and one Accounting System. With just a single API call, you can create, rename, revoke, or delete a consent. The consent status is instantly updated and visible in the Client Portal, giving you full control and transparency.

Invite Your Customer

The Onboarding Flow is where your customer takes action. Upon receiving the invitation, they will:

  • Choose the accounting system they want to share data from
  • Authenticate securely with their chosen accounting system
  • Receive confirmation that the onboarding process is complete
  • Return to your platform to continue your business processes

The Onboarding Flow is designed to be effortless and user-friendly. You can customize and brand the onboarding experience directly from the Client Portal. Additionally, you can control which accounting systems are visible or hidden, ensuring the process aligns with your business needs.

Access the Data

Once the customer has authenticated, you’re ready to access their data. Using our API, you can retrieve accounting data such as sales invoices, trial balances, supplier invoices, and more. No matter which accounting system your customer uses, all data is delivered in a harmonized and unified schema, making integration smooth and effortless. It’s like magic - complexity simplified!
